A Stomach Free From Gas And Bloating

Most of us have experienced abdominal boating at least once in our life and can be really uncomfortable, oftentimes painful and embarrassing especially during important occasions like chronic constipation. It is a condition, in which our abdomen feels full of intestinal gas.

It’s extremely difficult to completely get rid of bloating and gas pain since there are so many different possible causes which are important to know. The causes of bloating vary from person to person so it’s important to determine your own lifestyle and personal history like what particular food or condition triggers your bloating.

How to treat constipation is simple just like stopping bloating. Consider these ways to ease bloating and stop gas rather than accept stomach discomfort and ruin your day.

The best way to prevent gas caused by foods is to avoid them or limit your consumption if you continually experience feeling bloated after eating some of those foods. Every person has different reactions to foods, but foods that commonly cause gas are Asparagus, Broccoli, Brussels sprouts, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Corn, Fructose, Lactose, Potatoes and Wheat.

If you are Lactose intolerance may also contribute to abdominal bloating. Avoiding foods that contain milk, such as ice cream or cheese, can help the problem, but this is not always practical as you will avoid minerals from milk especially calcium. Today several products are available which are lactose-free or can help lactose-intolerant people to digest lactose like soya milk.

Drink plenty of water even if you are not experiencing bloating. It is advisable to ensure that you drink at least eight glasses of water a day to keep you hydrated. If the abdominal bloating you are experiencing is caused by constipation, you need water which is a natural medicine for constipation to help soften your stool for easy passage.

Do some simple exercise regimen. Make it a point to get out and walk for at least twenty minutes at park or just at your backyard. Exercise can help to mobilize trapped gas and decrease abdominal distension and bloating. If you still have bloating and abdominal distension during the day, do a series of sit ups and leg lifts; this will increase abdominal pressure that can help to move gas through the intestinal tract and reduce bloating and distension.

To help reduce a bloated stomach, drink a cup of peppermint tea in the evening or before a special occasion that you will be attending. This herb has been shown to increase intestinal motility and reduce flatulence or gas in the stomach and intestines.
