Good Physical Fitness
Good physical fitness is what we are all looking for. Good physical fitness will help you stay in shape and remain healthy. A fitness lifestyle means you will eat healthy, exercise at least 4 times a week and quit smoking and drinking or any other unhealthy habits.
Even though I look well, I decided I want to lose weight and start changing my bad and chaotic lifestyle. I was a smoker and I loved McDonald’s and KFC. One day I decided all this was too much, because I started having frequent headaches and I was sleeping more than normal- about 14 hours. And even after my long beauty sleeps, I cannot say I really felt good. I was tired all the time and any small activity would leave me without any kind of energy. I really felt like a zombie.
When I decided to make a change, my first thought was to talk to a nutritionist for a eating diet, but I had no money and these kind of services are quite expensive. I went to the gym 3 times, but I was too tired to exercise and I canceled my subscription. Then, I decided to search on the internet for some magical recipes to lose weight and have more energy. And almost all of them were focusing on fruits and vegetables. So I started buying fruits and vegetables- a lot of them. I started cooking- white fish, chicken meat, potatoes, Mexican vegetables, salads, soups, cereals, etc. Every day I drink milk and take vitamins.
Early in the morning, before I go to the bathroom to take a shower, I exercise for 20-30 minutes. It is not much, but it really helps me start the day with more energy and with relaxed muscles. Before and after my training, I always stretch, because I do not want to break my bones in the living room. After I come home from work, I usually take a long walk in the park near my neighborhood, because I find it relaxing. I never go to bed after midnight and I always wake up at 7 a.m. This way, the day seems longer and I have time to consume all my energy, so that in the evening, when I go to bed, I have a good night sleep.
This is what I do every day, for about 4 months now. I have to tell you… I look amazing and the most important thing is that I feel amazing. Since I stopped smoking, the condition of my skin improved dramatically. I have no pimples anymore and my skin is really glowing.
I have the most amazing body ever, with toned legs and buttocks, with defined abs and an appealing chest. I feel great. Even though at the beginning it was very difficult, because my friends were not very supportive and they are smokers too, I have a strong will and finally I managed to lose weight and look the best way possible. I know it sounds bad, but I am actually happy when I see some of my acquaintances who were not very supportive, how they look at me now. The feeling is great!
