She has been indulging in everything from yoga, Pilates and even the new celebrity craze piloxing, which combines boxing and Pilates in one. And on Thursday, Hilary Duff tried out yet another activity as she continues her post-pregnancy weight loss regime.
The 25-year-old star was seen leaving a Shadow Boxing class with her trainer in Los Angeles. The make-up free mother-of-one looked radiant as she left the session, sporting a post-workout glow. The actress displayed her curves in a pair of tight-fitting black tracksuit trousers and a grey low-cut vest worn over a white sports bra. She later put a camel scarf around her neck as she grabbed a much-needed caffeine fix at Starbucks.
In a recent interview with Parents magazine, she described the overwhelming feelings of being a new mom. ‘It’s really wonderful. There are no words to describe it. I mean, to say “It’s wonderful” sounds minuscule. When you get to see your baby for the first time, and they put him on your chest, and you’re looking into each other’s eyes, this feeling just washes over you and there are really no words,’ she said. Hilary admitted not many friends her age can relate to her new role, but said they’re always excited about spending time with her little man.
